摘要: Abstract New lunar meteorite MAC88104/5 represents an exciting new opportunity to study a potentially unsampled region of the Moon. We have analyzed six thin sections by electron microprobe and three bulk samples Instrumental Neutron Activation (INA) in order determine chemical characteristics this sample. Lunar MACS 8104/5 is dominated lithologies ferroan anorthosite (FAN) suite contains abundant granulitized highland clasts, devitrified glass beads impact origin, two small clasts which appear be basaltic origin. One these “asaltic” (clast E MAC88105,84) probably mesostasis material, whereas second larger clast G) may similar Very Low-Ti (VLT) or low-Ti/high-alumina mare basalts. Impact melt MAC88105,69 72 major trace element compositions meteorite. There little evidence any LKFM (Low-K Fra Mauro low-K KREEP) contribution meteorite, as other brecciated meteorites are Fe-rich poor incompatible elements relative Apollo 16 regolith feldspathic breccias. While exact site origin for cannot pinpointed, it evident that they were derived from relatively KREEP-free terrain.
