摘要: We evaluated the data of 205 patients working in construction industry (bricklayers, tile setters, and so on) who had been patch tested between November 1989 July 1993 dermatologic hospitals joining Information Network Departments Dermatology. These were compared with those 5,706 men during same time did not work building industry. The five most frequent allergens among potassium dichromate (31.9%), cobalt chloride or sulfate (15.0%), nickel (8.3%), thiuram mix (7.8%) p-phenylenediamine (7.7%). Differences sensitization frequency both groups significant for (31.9% versus 7.1%), salts (15.0% 4.9%), (7.8% 3.0%), epoxy resin (4.7% 1.8%). Despite general presumption that allergies this branch are acquired by handling wet cement, we think that, view large spectrum contact materials industry, it is thoroughly imaginable there further sources have remained undetected until now. This why, preventive reasons, possible pattern concomitant sensitizations allergic to leads question whether allergy a marker subpopulation generally develop more easily.
