摘要: We report the use of DBD plasma to improve osteoblast cells adhesion and proliferation on PCL scaffolds. The effects treatment were characterized by surface energy, topography, biocompatibility. film treated for 5 min showed highest degree total mouse cell roughness. It is demonstrated that oxygen not only enhances hydrophilicity increases solid roughness but also improves initial attachment osteoblasts substrate.
