摘要: Clues to carcinogenesis have been elucidated by knowledge of basic cancer genes. Knowledge the genes implicated in this process has come from study relatively obscure genetic diseases, which include predisposition. One hallmark these diseases is genomic instability. Indeed, it characteristic instability that given rise notion such a forerunner and, fact, mechanism cancer. Even more interestingly, underlying phenotypes some involve hypersensitivity DNA damage, implies molecules under normal circumstances their wild-type state could prove be targets modern molecular chemotherapy. Ironically, very basis can, end, cause acquisition clinical resistance.
