摘要: BACKGROUND Nursing students need to learn about sleep health provide safe patient care. The purpose of this study was investigate in nursing and describe factors that affect their sleep. METHOD This used a cross-sectional descriptive design with convenience sample from baccalaureate programs midwestern region the United States. Data were collected using demographic questionnaire, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, Epworth Sleepiness Scale, Hygiene Index. RESULTS Two hundred fifty-four reported poor quality, excessive daytime sleepiness, maladaptive hygiene, regardless year or enrollment status. Behavior technology use into night most frequent reason why lost CONCLUSION Learning importance good associated benefits may assist achieving optimal functioning.
