摘要: Two cases are reported of anaphylactic reactions to ACTH. Both children had previous therapy with ACTH no ill effects. Studies skin sensitivity were performed various extracts beef, pork, whale, human, and synthetic also other the anterior posterior pituitary. The showed well-defined positive all ACTH, regardless their animal sources, some types pituitary extracts. It was concluded that highly potent antigenic substances a patient allergic one type is likely be derived from any source.
