摘要: The immune system is a double-edged sword with regard to the prostate cancer (PCa) battle. Immunogenetics, study of potential role immune-related polymorphisms, taking its first steps in treatment this malignancy. This review summarizes most recent papers addressing immunogenetics PCa, reporting polymorphisms associated tumor aggressiveness, toxicity and patients' prognosis. With some peculiarities, RNASEL, IL-6, IL-10, IL-1β MMP7 have arisen as significant biomarkers PCa management, having clinical role. Validation prospective studies are required translate into precision PCa.
