摘要: Summary Investigation of the sera from three species duck has demonstrated presence two major low molecular weight γ-globulins, a 7.8S and 5.7S protein. The protein shows similarities to mammalian γG-globulins when products reduction enzymatic cleavage were investigated. γ-globulin had several interesting characteristics. It lacked certain antigenic determinants Fc fragment that present on protein, yet no detectable unique antigens suggest it contained structural components differed significantly those found Gel filtration peptide chains indicated smaller heavy chain than or γG-globulin. Also, in absence denaturing agents caused decrease S rate 3.5S. These data suggested immunoglobulin considerable segment chain.
