摘要: Summary Four types of immunoglobulin (Ig) have been identified in ducks: IgM, a secretory Ig resembling 7.8S IgG, and 5.7S IgG. Structurally antigenically the IgG resembles an F(ab')2 fragment When ducks mount serum antibody responses, sequence involvement is IgM ? Although levels increase, antigen‐binding Igs can be demonstrated, sera from repeatedly immunized commonly lack secondary activities such as agglutination, precipitation, complement fixation tissue sensitization.
