摘要: Galliform and non-galliform birds express three immunoglobulin isotypes, IgM, IgA IgY. Beyond this we should not generalize because differences in gene organization may have functional consequences reflected the immune response. At present, studies on are largely restricted to ducks. Ducks an alternatively spliced form of their IgY heavy chain (upsilon) gene, IgY(DeltaFc), that lacks Fc region Fc-associated secondary effector functions. It is known how common expression IgY(DeltaFc) among birds, nor consequences. also whether unusual duck IgH locus, shared with chicken, having order mu, alpha upsilon, inverted unique galloanseriform lineage. Ducks, like chickens, a single light lambda (lambda) type. Evidence suggests ducks, generate repertoire through rearrangement variable (V) region, diversity conversion from pool pseudogenes. In Southern blots germline rearranged bursal DNA, both loci ducks appear each undergo one major event. For chains, V element pseudogenes consist family. Further analysis 26 joining (JH) 27 JL segments shows there use J segment which diversified presumably somatic mutations events. Despite limitation genes, DH 122 VL sequences extensive sequence generated.
