Structural relationship between the two IgY of the duck, Anas platyrhynchos: molecular genetic evidence.

摘要: cDNA clones encoding the H chains of 7.8S and 5.7S IgY White Pekin duck have been isolated sequenced. The chain possesses four C region domains thus resembles chicken with which it shows, in region, 54% inferred amino acid sequence identity, complete conservation cysteine tryptophan residues. only two domains, that are virtually identical to CH1 CH2 chain. Although Southern blot genomic analysis did not resolve whether transcripts derived from one or chain-encoding genes, CH 1, 2, 3, 4 exons apparently colinear, no evidence was found for a separate locus 2 were present CH3 lacking. VH domain-encoding sequences showed high similarity gene (93% nucleotide 91% identity) JH segment (89% 93% but low D (26% 7% identity). Genomic hybridization multiple VH-hybridizing represented on up 20 restriction fragments.
