摘要: Abstract Lymphocytes recovered from a rejected human renal allograft were cultured in vitro for their ability to produce several soluble mediators associated with cellular hypersensitivity as well procoagulantlike material. In addition, response mixed lymphocyte culture was tested. These lymphocytes of recipient origin by sex karyotyping. An alteration proliferative capacity could be demonstrated an earlier cultures although peak essentially unchanged. Cultured supernatants (recovered the kidney) contained mediator activities—macrophage migration inhibitory factor, chemotactic factors neutrophils and macrophages, factor mitogenic lymphocytes, procoagulant findings extend previous work others who have presence infiltrating allografts showing that these cells are immunologically reactive .
