摘要: Infection is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in man. Many gram-negative bacteria are sensitive to the bacteriolytic activity serum alone. When not lysed by serum, as common for gram-positive microorganisms, they usually become opsonized subsequently phagocytized phagocytic cells rapidly killed. Optimal phagocytosis requires participation opsonins, including complement immunoglobulin (Ig). Although opsonization with primarily mediated through activation via IgG at bacterial cell surface, these factors may also fixed microorganisms without antibody. Receptors on polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMNs) specificity C3b C3bi (the activated third components) Fc fragment antibody molecule have been described, evidence suggests that receptors play role staphylococci normal serum.
