摘要: Cluster headache is well known as one of the most painful primary neurovascular headache. Since 1% chronic cluster patients become refractory to all existing pharmacological treatments, various invasive and sometimes mutilating procedures have been tempted in last decades. Recently, neurostimulation methods raised new hope for drug-resistant patients. The main focus this chapter on stimulation great occipital nerve, which has best evaluated peripheral nerve technique headache, providing convincing results so far. Other approaches used indication are also reviewed detail. Although available studies limited a relatively small number placebo-controlled trials lacking, existent clinical data suggest that should nonetheless be recommended intractable before more deep brain surgery. More needed evaluate usefulness supraorbital vagus management headaches.
