摘要: A molecularly imprinted polymer-based potentiometric sensor was fabricated for determination of 2-aminopyridine (2-AP). The electroactive component is the 2-APH+. To form this specie carried out in a bufferic solution at pH 4.5 which 2-AP prevalently monoprotonated. Under these conditions, membrane potential, increases with concentration over wide range (5 µM to 100 mM) near Nernstian response 54.1 mV/decade and detection limit 2.0 µM. time less than 5 s can be used more 3 months without any significant divergence response. selectivity coefficients proposed were evaluated exhibited good respect electrode based on non-imprinted polymer. utility successfully tested by examining piroxicam (PX) as potential impurity.
