摘要: Four molecular imprinted polymers (MIPs) were prepared using propranolol as template molecule. The retention and recovery of eleven structurally related compounds assessed on all four MIPs a blank polymer in solid phase extraction (SPE) experiments methanol–water–triethylamine (TEA) (1%) elution solvents. Cumulative curves produced these compared between for each compound. Only one demonstrated significantly different properties to the indicating that only this was sufficiently selective be considered SPE. In case MIP, two classes observed, with group demonstrating whilst second showed similar both MIP blank. showing closely propranolol, differing having methoxy substituents naphthyl or modified alkyl side chain those equally well retained contained amide groups close secondary amino chain. use way enabled key structural features important specific binding imprints explored. They also provide means rapidly evaluate order select suitable SPE from aqueous solutions.
