摘要: In vitro compartmentalization (IVC) is a powerful tool for studying protein–proteinreactions, due to its high capacity and the versatility of droplet technologies. IVC bridges thegap between chemistry biology as it enables incorporation unnatural amino acids with modificationsinto biological systems, through protein transcription translation reactions, in cell-likemicrodrop environment. The quest ultimate chip studies using drivefor development various microfluidic technologies enable these unusual biochemicalreactions occur. These techniques have been shown generate precise microdrops controlledsize. Various chemical physical phenomena utilized on-chip manipulation allowthe droplets be generated, fused, split. Coupled detection techniques, can besorted selected. capabilities allow directed evolution carried out on microchip. With further technological module, factors such addressable storage, transport interfacing technologies, could integrated thus provide platforms proteinstudies efficiency accuracy that conventional laboratories cannot achieve.
