摘要: Cell-free synthetic biology offers an unprecedented level of control and freedom design for understanding, harnessing, expanding the capabilities natural biological systems. Inspired by advances in projects vivo, recent years have witnessed emergence cell-free systems not only as a testing ground our ability to engineer analyze biology, but also technologies capable efficient scalable synthesis complex products. Dominant efforts field include: programmable nucleic acid circuits; nanomachines; protein synthesis; metabolic engineering; minimal cells. The goals are understanding why nature’s designs work way they do, accelerating design–build–test loops engineering conducting biochemical transformations rapid wide variety
