摘要: The adsorption characteristics of the cleavage and edge surfaces MoS2 were studied by Auger electron spectroscopy, following conclusions obtained. surface has difficulty in adsorbing vapors, adsorbed vapor is easily evaporated from vacuum. On contrary, adsorbs vapors easily, difficult to evaporate. These experimental results could explain difference frictional behaviors MoS2. Sulfur usually richer than estimated stoichiometric value on surface, even surface. Ion etching can reduce sulfur contents value.
