Exploring polymorphisms and their effects on reproductive traits of the INHA and INHβA genes in three goat breeds

摘要: In this study, we report the analysis of INHA and INHβA gene polymorphisms in 786 goats three breeds: Xinong Saanen (SN), Guanzhong (GZ) Boer (BG). We identified new allelic variants: P1-C80G and/126G (GenBank accession no. HQ202573) goat breeds P2-C936T HQ202572) SN GZ breeds. At P1 locus, AA, AB BB genotypes were found P2 CC CT After comparing genotype distribution within breeds, BG had conspicuous differences from (P < 0.001) at locus. The SNP locus was Hardy-Weinberg disequilibrium 0.05). Association with litter size done result showed that AA remarkable Therefore, these results suggest is a strong candidate affects goats.
