摘要: The melatonin receptor 1A (MTNR1A) and inhibin alpha subunit (INHA) genes play a significant role in the reproductive characteristics of animals. Blood samples were collected from 371 goats (Honamli Hair) reared Antalya Burdur. polymerase chain reaction (PCR) products digested by RsaI for MTNR1A gene HaeII INHA gene. Two alleles (A G) three genotypes (AA, AG, GG) observed gene, while two (R r) (RR Rr) highest allelic frequency value G (91.8%) was found Honamli goat breeds R (98.1%) Hair GG genotype RR identified as most common breeds. rr could not be determined Both Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium that studied. In conclusion, this study confirms existence genetic polymorphism detected PCR-RFLP analysis
