摘要: Ralstonia solanacearum has worldwide economical importance because of its destructive and soil-borne nature. Clearly chemical measures have lost their attractiveness development resistant strains undesirable effects on our environment. Consequently, biological control pathogens is gaining great worldwide. To investigate for proper biocontrol agents to obtain antibacterial antagonists from Iranian soil Actinomycetes, a vast survey was performed. Over 170 isolates Actinomycetes were isolated screened among which one isolate showed high level activity in Agar disk Well diffusion methods against R. solanacearum. It identified as Streptomyces coralus strain 63. High concentration agent detected at 8-11th day shake cultures. Longevity vitro the active crude soluble state determined about 40 days room temperature. In thermal inactivation point studies, retained up 93°C. Antibacterial found this study highlights candidates further investigation tested pathogenic bacteria.
