摘要: Quality of life (QOL) in health care is traditionally measured by assessing the functional status individuals. The meaning QOL personal and complex varies according to individuals’ perceptions what salient their lives, type impairment, other socio-cultural variables. construct quality different from concept status; however, often used as an indicator life. A review literature on narcolepsy shows extensive negative effects physical mental health, work, social patients. Moreover, treatment not optimal even after successful symptoms, patients may have adjustment problems. Social support enhances capacity cope with disabilities improve lives. Implications for developing comprehensive modalities well further research indicators, dynamics underlying recovery process narcolepsy, importance longitudinal studies group processes are discussed this chapter.
