摘要: A cellular communications system uses FCS (fast cell switching) for forward links, communicating data from respective cells or sectors to a mobile terminal, in response requests by the terminal on reverse link. An rate, rate of said requests, is varied dependence upon C/I reliability criterion, which represents with determined and predicted example being either two selected rates depending comparison criterion threshold. The can be, example, speed an averaged probability that prediction error less than predetermined amount.
