摘要: The present invention relates to wireless telephone networks, and more particularly the allocation of radio channels calls in CDMA-based systems when their Radio Access Networks (RAN) are congested. A Base Station (BS) receives a call origination from mobile device. BS communicates information about its availability Mobile Switching Center (MSC). MSC determines priority how should be treated by based on supplied information. treatment back BS. When RAN is congested, high-priority queued. These served specification which may assigned low-priority calls, not queued, while there still queue.
