摘要: A system, method, and call processing component for controlling an order of among a plurality components. Each component, upon receiving request when system resources are not available to process the requested call, creates real queue entry in its sends call-queued notification all other components system. The telecommunication then create shadow their respective queues as placeholder call. When become is next queue, that received de-queues processes de-queued In response, each removes from component's queue.
