摘要: Abstract Research on project controls has mainly focused either their direct effect outcomes, or the joint of and other factors such outcomes. A few studies have examined impact control mechanisms teamwork processes, usually with aim ascertaining why a particular mechanism is needed, how affects final This study goes further, exploring mechanisms' influence this influence, in turn, leads to changes performance. Moreover, while many past only extent which controlees can effectively perform tasks, one looks at in-role extra-role behaviors as process variables; and, instead treating single undifferentiated phenomenon, it models integrated effects formal informal (clan) projects. Analysis data collected from 220 practitioners shows that both types clan had distinctive impacts behaviors, these behavior identifiable When were applied simultaneously, was reduced increased. We conclude discussion our findings' implications for future well practitioners.
