摘要: Exosomes are membranous vesicles containing various biomolecules including lncRNAs which involved in cellular communication and secreted from many cells cancer cells. In our study, investigated the exosomal GAS5 lincRNA-p21 lncRNA levels urine samples 30 patients with prostate (PCa) 49 benign prostatic hyperplasia. Quantification of molecules was performed by real-time PCR. We observed a significant difference between PCa BPH whereas did not reveal difference. Our data suggest that discriminative potential may help to improve diagnostic prediction malignant state for PCa.
