摘要: We define single layer potential and double for the stationary Stokes system with Coriolis term study properties of these potentials. Then using integral equation method we Dirichlet problem, Neumann problem Robin term. look solutions problems such that maximal functions velocity \(\mathbf{u}\), pressure p \(\nabla \mathbf{u}\) are q-integrable on boundary, boundary conditions fulfilled in sense a non-tangential limit. As consequence an exterior domain homogeneous Sobolev spaces \(D^{k,q}(\Omega ,{\mathbb {R}}^3)\times D^{k-1,q}(\Omega )\) weighted Besov spaces.
