摘要: Consider a rigid body in three-dimensional Navier-Stokes liquid moving with non-zero velocity and rotating angular that are both constant when referred to frame attached the body. Linearizing associated steady-state equations of motion, we obtain exterior domain Oseen reference. We analyze structure weak solutions these equations, identify leading term asymptotic expansion corresponding field.
