摘要: Abstract Dynamic solubilization studies were conducted to determine the mechanism of incorporation oleic acid into aqueous sodium taurodeoxycholate solutions at 37°C in which apparent diffusion limit mixed micelles was exceeded. The effects pH, added NaCl, and surfactant type on flux determined by means a membrane-modified liquid/liquid stirred cell for this model fatty digestion system. enhanced mass transfer sufficiently high pH concentration can be satisfactorily explained formation an oil/aqueous liquid crystalline phase interface. Under flow conditions may sheared from interface subsequently solubilized bulk as micelle or microemulsion. Experiments under non-flow support proposed mechanism.
