摘要: Oil/water/surfactant systems form complex equilibrium phases which are sensitive to a number of parameters, including amount and concentration cosurfactant (often an alcohol), salinity, temperature. If one these variables is changed systematically as, for example, the interesting transition may be observed in at low salinities microemulsion with excess oil phase, moderate middle phase both water phases, higher brine phase. To help elucidate structure microemulsion, studies viscoelasticity streaming birefringence oscillatory shear flow have been conducted phase-forming system as function salinity. It found that viscoelastic properties microemulsions unchanged rates varying from 0.1 100 sec−1. Both viscosity maximize near salinity marking lower microemulsion. Further inflections occur midrange For all cases dominent relaxation time 3 5 msec while changes by two orders magnitude. The indicator elastic
