摘要: Resume Les therapies ciblees ont revolutionne la prise en charge de nombreux cancers et sont continuel essor depuis plus d’une decennie. Cette medecine precision est guidee par biologie des cellules tumorales necessite l’analyse approfondie prelevements tumoraux. L’avenement techniques d’analyse du genome permet d’explorer genetique ces tumeurs pour trouver les cibles therapeutiques pertinentes marqueurs resistance adequats, permettant d’optimiser le traitement. L’objectif d’identifier bon patient traitement, minimisant effets indesirables evitant traitements couts inutiles. Dans cette revue, nous illustrons a travers quelques exemples emblematiques, l’apport genes cles strategie therapeutique solides. somatique solides maintenant omnipresente dans cadre soin l’essor sequencage nouvelle generation (NGS) toujours d’interet d’envisager nouvelles options patients.
