摘要: Abstract B cells play a crucial role in immune responses. The main functions include cell protective antibody production, inflammation reduction, activation and proliferation. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been reported to act as important regulators of many pathological processes. However, few lncRNAs affect function. In this study, we explored the expression lncRNA 2900052N01Rik (lnc-290) lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced purified from mouse spleens vitro. Here, confirmed that lnc-290 was highly expressed stimulated by LPS. Knockdown inhibited CD69/CD86 growth cells. Moreover, down-regulated reduced differentiation immunoglobulin production addition, found regulated LPS-induced via NF-κB/ERK pathways. Interestingly, abnormal did not alter or proliferation induced IL-4 CD40/CD40L. Accordingly, these results indicated, for first time, down-regulation inhibits proliferation, blocking LPS/TLR4 signaling pathway. Together, vitro data demonstrate participated tissue damage mediated LPS-activated
