摘要: Abstract Two different types of inclusion bodies have been found by electron-microscopy in the cytoplasm sectioned lymphocytes from children infected with measles. The first is tubular, 18 nm. internal diameter, embedded osmiophilic material, and during incubation period. It not thought to be specific for measles, probably identical structures recently reported HEp-2 cell lines tumour tissue. The second type less obviously tubular morphologically resembles measles nucleocapsid. This was only after rash had appeared.
