摘要: In a study of the morphogenesis respiratory syncytial (RS) virus, we have observed unusual tubular structures, both in infected and control HEp-2 cells. Tubular structures similar morphology were described cells with type 1 foamy agent by Clarke, Attridge & Gay (1969). The fact that these been uninfected is something new to our knowledge deserves mention. We used cell line obtained from Dr Andre Chagnon Institute at 129th passage level. This was first established Moore, Sabachewsky Toolan (1955) human carcinoma larynx; it purchased Flow Laboratories Inc., Rockville, Md, U.S.A. Maintained laboratories few more passages before use for electron microscopy, this grown medium 199 prepared Hank's solution (199-H) 45%, minimum essential Earle's (MEM-E) foetal calf serum 10%.
