摘要: Dual beam flow cytometry of chromosomes stained with Hoechst 33258 and chromomycin A3 has been proposed as a method for quantitative classification human (bivariate karyotyping). In this paper we investigate the sources magnitudes variability in mean fluorescence intensities each chromosome group resolved bivariate karyotypes study impact on classification. Replicate isolated from lymphocytes 10 individuals demonstrated that person-to-person was significantly greater than run-to-run variability. The total sufficiently small it did not interfere normal types except 9 through 12 14 15. Furthermore, generally smaller 1/600th mitotic genome, so one-band rearrangements should be detectable karyotypes.
