摘要: Abstract The doped rare-earth oxide europium-doped yttria (Y 2 O 3 :Eu 3+ ) is introduced into the TiO film electrode in a dye-sensitized solar cell. As luminescence medium, Y improves light harvesting via conversion process and increases photocurrent, as p-type dopant, elevates energy level of photovoltage. When by 3 wt.% , cell light-to-electric efficiency improved factor 1.14 compared to that without doping.
