摘要: We describe a method for applying the carbocyanine dye DiI to rat heart that takes advantage of dye's lipophilic properties and its ability diffuse easily into tissues, results in specific retrograde labelling cardiac vagal preganglionic neurones medulla oblongata. Most labelled were found bilaterally nucleus ambiguus (81%), with few sparsely distributed dorsal motor (6.5%), an intermediate area located between these two nuclei (12.5%). contend crystals surface is more efficient, accurate reproducible than injection tracers this very delicate tissue.
