摘要: The ferrite of thermally aged CF3M duplex stainless steels has been studied at the atomic scale. Accelerated ageing ingots performed 350 °C in laboratory up to 200,000 h (>20 years). Spatial and chemical evolution microstructure characterised by 3D atom probe. In addition, micro-hardness on same samples. results obtained have compared microstructural mechanical characteristics 325 (close service temperature) an elbow steel on-site. This work shown that: (i) accelerated anticipates on-site 323 °C, (ii) linear relationship found between measurements variation V (defined as integral difference Cr frequency distribution sample corresponding binomial characteristic a random solution with concentration) is still valid after (iii) activation energy for both spinodal decomposition G-phase precipitation finally (iv) coarsening particles no influence parameter.
