摘要: Whisker-type poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl) (P3HT) nanofibers were aligned by restricting their growth direction using an approximately 100–1000 nm wide narrow groove fabricated thermal nanoimprinting. In grooves made of amorphous fluoropolymer (CYTOP™) with widths less than 1500 nm, the oriented uniaxially perpendicular to and length was limited width groove. This result indicates that nucleation tends be selectively promoted near interface CYTOP™ fluoro-groups, nanofiber wall is because P3HT molecules are supplied more frequently from center Furthermore, orientation induced anisotropic conductivity, conductivity parallel order magnitude higher nanofibers.
