摘要: Immunogenic epitopes that stimulate CD8+ T cells can be organized into an immunodominance hierarchy, based on their ability to induce T-cell priming and subsequent expansion. Cytotoxic primed through the cross-priming pathway, where exogenous viral proteins are acquired by professional antigen-presenting (pAPCs). We have previously reported lymphocytic choriomeningitis nucleoprotein (LCMV-NP) expressed in HEK (HEK-NP) induces of vivo. In this study, we used HEK-NP model study effects LCMV-NP LCMV hierarchy following challenge. Our results highlight contribution immune response, since was significantly altered as a result processing single virus protein, phenomenon maintained throughout memory response. Moreover, cross-priming, vivo killer activity enhanced during assaults. These findings significant implications for immunotherapy because they demonstrate delivery specific utilized manipulate host's responses.
