摘要: Public e-service has mainly been advanced by government perspective in mind but less attention have given to other participants’ consideration including citizens’ participation. Therefore, there is improved interest how integrate views on development process of public eservices. Citizens’ participation believed bring value various system projects. However, the existing research shown that introducing user (in this case citizen participation) can be challenging. The study literature review aims investigate factors influence willingness and ability participate according three theories: User-centered Design, Participatory Design User Innovation. result will gives benefit understanding also they could build more appropriate systems fit into needs
