摘要: Abstract Isolated leaf cuticles and intact plants of one‐year‐old potted ‘Red Haven’ trees grown in the greenhouse were used to study permeability boron (B). The isolated prepared enzymatically. Flux was determined using a transport cell. Permeability coefficient (P) calculated as parameter cuticle B. For plant studies, enriched‐10B boric acid solution evenly spread onto abaxial or adaxial side leaf. sacrificed three days after treatment selected parts analyzed with ICP‐AES ICP‐MS spectrometers. 10B content B vivo. peach order 10‐7 cm/sec.
