摘要: The light-supported component of 36Cl uptake from 5 mM K36Cl by green laminae, either chopped or vacuum-infiltrated, Triticum aestivum L. seedlings has been determined subtraction dark values light and the energy sources for elucidated on basis effects 3-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-1,1 dimethylurea (DCMU), carbonyl cyanide p-trifluoromethoxy-phenylhydrazone (FCCP), antimycin A1 (AA), N2 uptake. Cl−1 is shown to be partially inhibited DCMU AA but unaffected stimulated FCCP N2. There no additive effect inhibition caused + there an added AA, FCCP, in anaerobic conditions. these inhibitors photosynthetic gas exchange tissue also determined. On results it concluded that Cl−, supported oxidative phosphorylation, enhanced may cyclic non-cyclic electron-flow energy. Uptake not obligatorily linked any one energetic pathway switching source another.
