摘要: Abstract A new formulation for topical administration of drugs in the oral cavity has been developed using several film-forming and mucoadhesive polymers. The films have evaluated terms swelling, mucoadhesion organoleptic characteristics. best film, containing polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as polymer carboxymethylcellulose sodium salt (NaCMC) polymer, was loaded with ibuprofen a model compound vitro vivo release studies were performed.
