摘要: — The bioadhesive characteristics of thermally modified starch/polyacrylic acid (PAA) tablets, containing miconazole nitrate, were determined. detachment force and work adhesion significantly affected by the ratio drum-dried waxy maize starch PAA. Pure PAA showed highest while lowest observed for pure starch. There was a pronounced effect molecular weight on characteristics. Miconazole nitrate did not influence bioadhesion up to concentration 30%. additives negligible fluctuations pH strength tablet.
