摘要: Phaeocystis globosa blooms have frequently occurred along coastal waters and exerted serious impacts on ecological environments by releasing toxic hemolytic substances, forming nuisance foam, causing oxygen depletion. An actinomycete strain RPS with high algicidal activity against P. was isolated identified as Streptomyces alboflavus, based morphology, physiological biochemical characteristics, 16S rDNA sequence analysis. lysed 95% of within 48 h an extracellular active substance into the growth medium. The supernatant sensitive to temperature at above 50°C insensitive pH from 3 11. molecular weight between 100 Da 1000 Da, approximately 90% it extracted ethyl acetate. It presumed that component efficiently inhibited movement globosa, caused flagella fall off algae, finally algal cells. showed a wide target range harmful algae. S. alboflavus such novel features sensitivity, low weight, process, possesses great potential in biological control blooms.
