摘要: Abstract Plasma progesterone and plasma estradiol levels are commonly used to monitor ovulation in women although for the adequate documentation of expense discomfort multiple venipuncture sampling may be required. Accurate definitive information on can obtained by simple measurement metabolites early morning urine samples. These analyses have been made possible use our own highly specific monoclonal antibodies both pregnanediol-3-glucuronide (P-3-G) estrone-3-glucuronide (E-3-G) development simple, direct, automated enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays. Sequential generation profiles allows detection identification infertile/fertile phases cycle either planned pregnancies or natural family planning. Aberrations easily detected as is transition menopause. The sequential, spaced, samples P-3-G E-3-G accurate assessment ovulatory function rather than relying usual single sampling. data presented also show that direct determination informative measurement.
