摘要: This study was undertaken to determine the effect of co-culture with human oviductal cells on embryos. Spare embryos from gamete intra-Fallopian transfer (GIFT), pronuclear stage (PROST) and in-vitro fertilization/embryo (IVF/ET) programmes were either cultured in serum-supplemented Earle's balanced salt solution alone, or co-cultured same (day 1 post-insemination) two- four-cell 2 post-insemination). The appeared have a higher developmental potential (higher rate blastocyst formation lower fragmentation rate), although there no statistical difference their development, degree stages attained, when compared conventionally percentage hatching blastocysts significantly (P less than 0.05, Fisher's exact test) for day post-insemination (38%) which had not been (7%). 15%. It therefore concluded that could improve development vitro. improvement more pronounced started at an earlier stage.
